Event organisers today announced the ‘AUS-X Million’, which is a huge incentive for fans to purchase 2-day tickets to the 2017 AUS-X Open event – with $1Million up for grabs to any 2-day ticket holder who correctly guesses the order of the Top-12 Supercross finishers in the SX1 FINAL of both Saturday and Sunday’s feature races.
Internationally renowned motorcycle stuntman and Freestyle Motocross icon Robbie Maddison says it’s the most insane fan incentive he’s ever come across throughout his illustrious career around the world.
“This is nuts! Anyone who purchases tickets to both nights of the the AUS-X Open could walk away a millionaire!” Maddison exclaimed.
“If there was any greater incentive for fans new and old to come check out all the AUS-X Open action, I’d like to hear it!”
Ticket holders can win the ‘AUS-X Million’ by correctly selecting the Top-12 finishers, in order, in each SX1 FINAL across both nights at the AUS-X Open.
$500,000 is up for grabs for individual day ticket holders who pick the Top-12 place getters in the correct order, in the SX1 Final on either Saturday or Sunday nights.
The prize pool is shared should there be multiple winners on either or both nights. Any ticket holder that can guess correctly for both nights SX1 Final will walk away with their share of the million.

The AUS-X Open has been touted as the largest Supercross, Freestyle Motocross and Action Sports event in the Southern Hemisphere. Featuring the world’s best on two wheels in Supercross racing and Freestyle Motocross, combined with concert like entertainment values, all within the comfort of one of Australia’s iconic indoor venues – Qudos Bank Arena.
Entrants to the ‘AUS-X Million’ must be 18 years or over and must provide a valid 2017 AUS-X Open ticket to either Saturday and/or Sunday events on November 11 & 12 in order to collect the cash.
Entries to the ‘AUS-X Million’ will officially open from October, once all rider entries to the 2017 AUS-X Open have been officially registered and formally announced by the AUS-X Open.
Entries will only be accepted via an official portal made available via www.ausxopen.com and must be completed before Qualifying begins on Saturday November 11 and Sunday November 12 respectively.
Each valid ticket holder will only be able to enter the ‘AUS-X Million’ providing they have a valid ticket for the corresponding night or nights that they have tickets for. Single day ticket holders to either Saturday or Sunday will still be able to enter and attempt to win $500,000 on either night of the AUS-X Open.
2-day ticket holders will have a valid entry for both days of the competition. They will share in $500,000 if they are a winner on either day, or share in $1,000,000 if they are a winner on both days.
Tickets are expected to sell-out and start from $40. Tickets are available to the public now via Ticketek.com.
