At Full Throttle Media Network Pty Ltd (FTMN) we are committed to protecting and maintaining your privacy. As part of our normal operations we may collect your information. This Privacy Policy describes the type of information we may collect and what may happen to that information.

Ordering Third Party Product
When you order a product supplied by a third party supplier through FTMN or an FTMN Website, we forward your contact information to the relevant Third Party Supplier. In those instances, your information will be governed by the privacy policy of the Third Party Supplier.

How does FTMN treat Sensitive Information?

FTMN has appointed a Privacy Officer to oversee FTMN’s management of personal information in accordance with this policy and the Commonwealth Privacy Act. FTMN has also directed staff that personal information must be dealt with in accordance with this policy and that personal information must be kept secure from unauthorised access or disclosure.
Updating Personal Information
FTMN endeavours to ensure that the personal information it holds is accurate, complete and up-to-date. FTMN encourages you to contact it as soon as possible in order to update any personal information it holds about you. FTMN’s contact details are set out below.
The National Privacy Principles require FTMN to not store personal information longer than necessary. Where FTMN no longer requires any personal information that it holds, that personal information will be destroyed or FTMN will remove from it any details that will identify individuals.
You have the right to check what Personal Information FTMN holds about you
Under the Commonwealth Privacy Act, you have the right to obtain access to any personal information, which FTMN holds about you and to advise FTMN of any perceived inaccuracy. There are some exceptions to this right set out in the Act.
To make a request to access any information FTMN holds about you, please contact FTMN in writing as set out below. FTMN will require you to verify your identity and specify what information you require. FTMN may charge a fee to cover the cost of verifying your application and locating, retrieving, reviewing and copying any material requested. If the information sought is extensive, FTMN will advise of the likely cost in advance and can help to refine your request if required.

Australasian Dirt Bike Magazine Subscription Competition – Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
The promoter is Full Throttle Media Network Pty Ltd (ABN 52689587586), publisher of Australasian Dirt Bike Magazine(“Promoter”). - Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, distributors, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
2.3 “Immediate family” means spouse, de facto partner, parent, natural or adopted child, and siblings. - Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on 15 August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 08 December 2025 (“Competition Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted. - How to Enter
4.1 To enter, individuals must purchase a new 12-month subscription to Australasian Dirt Bike Magazineduring the Competition Period.
4.2 Only print subscriptions are eligible.
4.3 Renewals of existing subscriptions will be accepted as valid entries.
4.4 Each eligible subscription equals one entry. Multiple entries are permitted if multiple eligible subscriptions are purchased. - Prize
5.1 There is one prize package valued at AUD $8,299 RRP, consisting of:
- One (1) RFN Warrior Kids SX-E500 dirt bike
- One (1) RFN Warrior Youth SX-E8 dirt bike
5.2 The total prize pool is AUD $8,299 RRP.
5.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5.4 If the prize, or any part of it, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to relevant state and territory regulations.
- Draw and Winner Notification
6.1 The draw will take place at the offices of Full Throttle Media Network Pty Ltd, [Po Box 1586, Mona Vale], on 11 December 2025 at 12:00pm AEDT.
6.2 The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
6.3 The winner will be notified by phone and in writing via email within two (2) business days of the draw and announced on the Australasian Dirt Bike Magazinewebsite and social media channels within seven (7) days of the draw.
6.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw on 15 December 2025, subject to relevant state and territory regulations. - Delivery of Prize
7.1 The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nearest authorised RFN dealer or another mutually agreed location within Australia.
7.2 The winner is responsible for any additional costs associated with claiming and using the prize, including but not limited to registration, insurance, and transport from the collection point. - Verification and Disqualification
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in any conduct that is fraudulent or damaging to the Promoter.
8.2 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. - Privacy
9.1 The Promoter will collect personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including prize suppliers and regulatory authorities.
9.2 Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on this page. - Limitation of Liability
10.1 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its related entities are not responsible for and exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or participating in the competition or accepting the prize.
10.2 The winner accepts the prize at their own risk. - Permits
Where necessary, the Promoter will obtain all required permits for this promotion in accordance with relevant state and territory legislation.
