Beta Motorcycles Australia is proud to announce the arrival of the highly anticipated ALP range, with the all-new ALP 4.0 and ALP X set to land in dealerships nationwide from late September.
Designed to redefine lightweight adventure riding, the new ALP range combines Beta’s renowned rideability with exceptional versatility, approachable performance and outstanding value. Best of all, both models will be available at just $9,995 ride away*.

At the heart of both motorcycles is a responsive 348cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected DOHC single-cylinder engine, delivering smooth, usable power. Paired with a six-speed gearbox, the engine offers relaxed highway cruising while maintaining plenty of torque for winding backroads and off-road adventures. Despite their accessible price point, both models are packed with premium features.
A modern TFT colour display provides riders with a crisp, easy-to-read interface displaying essential information including speed, gear position, fuel level, remaining range and other key vehicle data, ensuring everything needed for the journey is always at a glance.

Braking performance comes courtesy of quality calipers (NISSIN front), complemented by switchable Bosch ABS, allowing riders to disable the ABS when venturing off-road for improved control on loose terrain.
Long-travel suspension delivers a comfortable ride across a wide variety of surfaces, while the lightweight chassis and low overall weight inspire confidence for riders of all experience levels.
Although sharing the same platform, each model has been purpose-built for a different style of adventure.

The Beta ALP 4.0 is the more off-road focused machine, featuring a 21-inch front and 18- inch rear wheel combination, providing greater confidence on rough trails, rocky terrain and loose surfaces. Combined with its generous ground clearance and capable suspension, the ALP 4.0 is ready to explore well beyond where the asphalt ends.

The Beta ALP X takes inspiration from classic scrambler styling, pairing rugged capability with everyday road comfort. Equiped with 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, the ALP X delivers agile handling around town while remaining perfectly capable on gravel roads and scenic touring routes. Distinctive styling and premium finishes give the ALP X a unique personality that stands out wherever it goes.
Complimenting the Beta ALP range comes a range of accessories consisting of luggage and protection parts (examples below) so riders can customise their ALP to suit their needs.

Both motorcycles are LAMS approved (awaiting formal state-by-state approval), and feature an accessible seat height (865mm(4.0)/855mm(X)), upright riding position and slim ergonomics, making them an ideal choice for newer riders, returning riders or experienced adventure riders looking for a lighter, less intimidating alternative to larger-capacity adventure motorcycles.
The new ALP range further expands Beta’s Australian model line-up and provides riders with an affordable entry into adventure motorcycling without compromising on quality or capability.
