KTM has unveiled its 2026 Enduro lineup, set to arrive in Australia and New Zealand from November 2025, with the 300 EXC following in January 2026. The new KTM 2026 Enduro range includes updates to suspension, electronics, fuel system components, and styling, as well as a change in naming conventions for some models.
For 2026, the 125 and 250 two-stroke models adopt the “XC-W” name to reflect their competition-focused design, while the 300 EXC retains its designation due to its Euro 5+ homologation, allowing for wider registration and road-legal use.
The 2026 KTM Enduro range includes:
-
KTM 125 XC-W (New Zealand only)
-
KTM 250 XC-W (New Zealand only)
Key Changes for 2026
The 2026 models feature updated WP suspension components. The WP XACT 48mm closed-cartridge fork receives new damping settings, revised spring support geometry, a lighter and shorter spring setup, and a new one-piece hydro stop, contributing to a 200g reduction in weight. The WP XPLOR PDS shock has also been revised, with internal “optimisations” aimed at improving performance and reducing maintenance complexity.
Cooling system updates include a new radiator cap with a standard thread for quicker access. Radiator fans are now fitted as standard on the 300 EXC and all EXC-F models. All bikes also receive a new protective cap for the CPC fuel connector to improve sealing and reduce exposure to water and dirt.
Other unchanged features carried over from the current platform include forged triple clamps, Brembo brakes and clutch systems, Neken handlebars, Keihin throttle body, ODI lock-on grips, and the Offroad Control Unit. The frame continues to use KTM’s laser-cut, robot-welded steel chassis with aluminium subframes and swingarms.
Styling and Tyres
All 2026 models feature new in-mould graphics with increased orange coverage and red accents on the fork guards and redesigned tank spoilers. A new black high-grip seat cover and matching materials on the tank spoilers, bar pad, and frame protectors round out the aesthetic changes.
Maxxis has supplied a new, softer compound for the MaxxEnduro rear tyres across the range.
The 2026 KTM Enduro models will be available from authorised KTM dealers across Australia and New Zealand beginning in November 2025. For more information, visit KTM.com.
