The all-new 2026 Rieju MR 300i RACING and PRO have officially landed in Australia, with the latest evolution of the brand’s two-stroke enduro platform now in the country with shipments making their way to dealers nationwide. The updated model introduces a new 300cc engine with TFI electronic fuel injection, marking a significant step forward for Rieju’s off-road range as it brings modern injection technology to its hard enduro-focused machines.

The MR PRO 300i builds on the new TFI-injected 300cc two-stroke platform with a higher-spec component package and additional adjustability for $17,990. It features three selectable power maps — Race, Forest and Wet — allowing riders to tailor engine response to conditions, supported by an electronic exhaust valve, diaphragm clutch and a counter-rotating balance shaft aimed at improving control and reducing vibration. The PRO model is equipped with KYB suspension with DLC anti-friction coating on the fork, along with Renthal Fatbar handlebars, an X-Trig Rocs seatpost system, Excel rims fitted with Michelin Enduro Medium tyres and Polisport handguards.

At the centre of the 2026 Rieju MR 300i RACING is a newly developed 300cc two-stroke engine, designed and built in Spain, featuring Rieju’s TFI (Throttle Fuel Injection) system. The setup uses two Bosch injectors, each calibrated for different engine speeds, allowing the system to manage fuel delivery across both low and high RPM ranges. Rieju states the system has been engineered to replicate the response and feel of a traditional carburetted two-stroke, while improving efficiency and delivering more consistent power across varying conditions. Supporting systems include an electronic exhaust valve that automatically adjusts based on engine speed and throttle position, and a counter-rotating balance shaft designed to reduce vibration and improve overall engine stability.

The 2026 Rieju MR 300i RACING is equipped with three selectable riding modes — Race, Forest and Wet — allowing riders to adjust the engine’s power characteristics to suit terrain and conditions. A diaphragm clutch is also fitted as standard, designed to offer lighter lever feel and improved modulation in technical terrain, particularly in hard enduro-style riding where precision and reduced fatigue are critical.

Chassis construction centres around a chrome-moly steel main frame paired with an aluminium subframe, designed to balance strength and weight while maintaining agility. Suspension is supplied by KYB, with a high-spec package including a 48mm inverted fork featuring an AOS (Air-Oil Separated) closed cartridge system, and a fully adjustable KYB rear shock. The shock includes preload, compression and rebound adjustment, with separate high- and low-speed compression tuning, and is mounted via a progressive linkage system designed to provide a softer initial stroke with increased support under heavier loads.

The bike rolls on black anodised Excel rims fitted with Mitas Terraforce tyres, and comes standard with a Power Racing by Oxa exhaust system, Neken handlebars and grips, and a lithium battery. The overall package positions the MR 300i RACING as a fully equipped enduro model straight out of the crate.

Rieju has confirmed an introductory Australian price of $16,790 for the 2026 Rieju MR 300i RACING, with pre-orders now open as bikes begin arriving in dealerships. Alongside the standard model, Rieju has also detailed the MR PRO 300i, which shares the same 300cc TFI-injected two-stroke engine platform. The PRO variant features the same dual-injector system, electronic exhaust valve, diaphragm clutch and balance shaft, along with the three-mode power map system, and is fully homologated and road-registerable in Australia.
