Business as usual for Touratech Australia | Latest

It’s business as usual for Touratech Australia as the company’s German parent enters a restructuring process to facilitate increased demand for its products.

Touratech opened a brand new 20,000 square metre production and logistics centre in Germany last year, with the delay in the completion of the factory having a flow-on effect with production of parts.

The fast growth in the adventure motorcycle segment and the company’s expansion to meet this demand resulted in the need for a re-organisation of the company.

“We welcome and fully support Touratech Germany’s decision to restructure the company under German law, and look forward to an even brighter future,” Touratech Australia’s Robin Box said.

“Over the past two years we’ve seen a rapid growth in the adventure market, and that has required Touratech to ramp up their production of parts to cope with demand.

“However, we are happy to report supply has been improving, we absolutely support the restructure process, and be assured it’s business as usual for production in Germany, and for Touratech Australia.”

Touratech Australia is independently owned, and the restructure in Germany will have no affect on either the Australian operations, or to its customers.

Whether you are preparing for a weekend trip or the motorcycle ride of a lifetime, Touratech will continue to be your dedicated resource for motorcycle accessories, gear and apparel.
