An unstoppable Charli Cannon has secured the 2024 Australian Women’s ProMX Title with SCT Logistics Honda!

Charli Cannon has been unstoppable this season, dominating every race and securing pole position in every qualifying session in the ProMX. She also led Australia to victory in the Oceania Women’s Championship. This marks her third consecutive championship, and everyone at SCT Logistics and Honda Australia couldn’t be prouder of her incredible achievements.

Geoff Smith, Managing Director of SCT Logistics, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to support Charli, Honda Racing, and Women in Motorsport. “Charli is an outstanding racer, a fierce competitor, and an inspiration to women pursuing their sporting dreams. Everyone at SCT Logistics is proud to be associated with her,” said Smith.

Cannon, no stranger to success on the track, has thoroughly enjoyed this season and hopes her accomplishments will open the door to international opportunities. “I can’t thank the team enough—my bike has been perfect every weekend. Everyone works hard, and we all share the same goal. I really hope this season’s results lead to an overseas opportunity. More and more women are racing in Australia and globally, and I’m grateful for the support from all our sponsors, especially Honda, SCT Logistics, and FLY, as well as my personal sponsors Monster, One Solar, and Bellrock,” said Cannon.

Charli’s results reflect her unwavering dedication to racing, and she genuinely hopes to inspire the next generation of female riders to chase their dreams. “I’m 19 years old, and I race motorbikes for a living—it’s an absolute dream come true. It’s possible, and I’m living proof of that. I hope this encourages the next generation of girls to pursue their dreams in motorsport,” Cannon added.

The team is currently exploring overseas opportunities and hopes to share exciting news soon. Team Director Yarrive Konsky is honored to work with such a remarkable young athlete. “Charli is an exceptional person and athlete, and I’m humbled that she chose to join our program this year. She’s the consummate professional, and everyone at Honda is equally proud to be working with her,” concluded Konsky.

Though Charli has already secured the championship, she still has one race left today, and her goal is to win every round. “I’m happy with the championship, but I want the team and me to achieve a clean sweep, so I won’t be easing off just yet,” Cannon stated.

The team is also in pursuit of two more championships in MX3 and MX1. You can catch the action live on SBS on Demand.
