Husqvarna Motorcycles has confirmed its 2026 motocross lineup for Australia and New Zealand, with full-size, cross-country, and minicycle models receiving a range of technical updates. The new models will be available at authorised dealerships in Australia from October 2025 and in New Zealand from November 2025.
Full-Size Models
The 2026 full-size motocross range consists of the TC 125 and TC 250 two-strokes, and the FC 250 and FC 450 four-strokes. Key updates across these models include:
- New threaded radiator cap for easier coolant inspection
- New fuel line protection cap
- Updated graphics design
- Improved wiring harness routing on two-stroke models
The TC 125 and TC 250 retain Throttle Body Injection (TBI) systems. The FC 250 and FC 450 feature electronic rider aids, including launch control, traction control, quickshifter, and two selectable engine maps.
All four models continue with chromium molybdenum frames, aluminium-polyamide subframes, WP XACT suspension (48mm AER forks and rear shock), Brembo hydraulic clutch systems, ProTaper handlebars, ODI lock-on grips, and electric start. Dunlop Geomax MX34 tyres are standard.
Cross-Country Model
The TX 300 two-stroke will be available in limited numbers in Australia and New Zealand. Updates for 2026 include:
- New Dunlop AT82 tyres
- Updated graphics and blue front number plate
- New threaded radiator cap
- New fuel line protector
- Revised wiring harness routing
Minicycle Models
The TC 50, TC 65, and TC 85 all receive shared revisions for 2026:
- New triple clamp mounting design to extend steering bearing life
- New threaded radiator cap
- Updated graphics
Model-specific updates include:
- TC 50: New WP fork air cartridge and low-friction seals, new laser-cut exhaust gasket, adjustable ergonomics
- TC 65: Same fork updates as TC 50, new exhaust gasket, redesigned exhaust valve, hydraulic clutch, six-speed gearbox
- TC 85: New adjustable rear brake pedal tip, available in two wheel sizes
The TC 65 and TC 85 feature hydraulic clutches, and all minicycles retain chromium molybdenum frames, WP XACT suspension, MAXXIS MAXXCROSS MX-ST tyres, and Formula braking systems.
