Round seven of the 2026 Penrite ProMX Championship at Conondale saw Kawasaki continue its strong push to the end of the seaon, highlighted by Taylah McCutcheon’s podium finish in the MXW category. Across MX1, MX2 and MXW, Kawasaki riders delivered a series of encouraging performances as the team builds momentum heading into this weekend’s championship-deciding season finale.

 

Queensland-based team JPM 360 Kawasaki enjoyed another positive outing in MXW with McCutcheon maintaing her momentum in MXW with a third-place overall finish. The result sees her remain second in the standings heading into this weekend’s season finale.

MX2 led by Jayce Cosford, who converted two holeshots and laps led into sixth overall after another competitive performance equipped with his KX250 this weekend. Teammate Madoc Dixon continued to show strong race pace on his way to ninth overall.

 

Penrite Racing Empire Kawasaki’s Ryan Alexanderson continued his impressive form aboard the KX450, finishing fifth overall in Kawasaki MX1 after leading the opening laps of race one. Unfortunately, teammate Brad West’sweekend came to an early end, with the Queenslander unable to finish either moto.

 

Japanese ace Haruki Yokoyama rounded out the Kawasaki-supported contingent with another encouraging performance in MX2, racing his KX250 to seventh overall after consistently battling inside the top-10 throughout the day.

 

With one round remaining in the 2026 Penrite ProMX Championship, the Kawasaki-supported Team Green riders now shift their focus to the season finale at Queensland Moto Park, where the MX2 and MXW championships will be decided.
