After a blockbuster debut in 2024 that saw a sell-out crowd pack Kayo Stadium in Redcliffe, Supercross has found a home in Moreton Bay — and it’s coming back even bigger in 2025. The BOOST MOBILE Australian Supercross Championship (AUSX) will launch its 2025 season with a massive two-day Double Header on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th October in Redcliffe, Queensland.

In a major boost for the region, Moreton Bay City Council and the Australian Supercross Championship have today confirmed a three-year partnership extension, securing the championship’s return to the area through to 2027.

“The response last year was phenomenal — we sold out the first night in days and demand kept climbing,” said AUSX Managing Director Kelly Bailey. “It was clear we’d found the right home for the Championship. This year’s double-header promises more action, bigger crowds, and a weekend of supercross you don’t want to miss.”

Thousands of fans are expected to descend into Moreton Bay region for a weekend escape, with two nights of elite racing, freestyle motocross, pyro and entertainment, and meet-and-greet access to the stars of the sport — all just 40km north of Brisbane.

Reigning AUSX series champions, plus a new wave of rising talent and international challengers looking to make their mark on Australian soil will travel to Redcliffe from the USA, Europe and New Zealand.

Mayor Peter Flannery said the extended partnership cements Moreton Bay’s status as a leading events destination.
“We knew last year’s sell-out event was just the beginning. Partnering with AUSX long-term allows us to build something truly special here – an iconic event that brings visitors, boosts our local economy and shows off everything this incredible region has to offer,” he said.

The 2025 opener will also mark the debut of Boost Mobile as championship naming rights partner, with a stacked lineup of riders, rising talent, and international stars to be announced in the lead-up to the event.

Pre-sale Tickets will go on sale Monday 16th June, with further announcements to follow, fans are urged to get in early to avoid disappointment and subscribe to AUSX Priority List via www.australiansupercross.com.au.
