Shift MX Welcomes Lawrence, Vaessen & Livia Lancelot | News

SHIFT MX is pleased to announce an all-new partnership for 2018, welcoming Hunter Lawrence and Bas Vaeseen to the Shift Syndicate.

Both riders will take on the 2018 FIM MX2 World Championship under management from Livia Lancelot, former WMX World Champion. Lancelot brings a wealth of knowledge to the table after many years on the GP circuit, and will no doubt be steering her riders towards some epic performances. Both athletes will ride in a full range of Shift racewear – with selections from the 3LUE, 3LACK and WHIT3 Label product lines.

Lawrence and Vaessen bring an element of youth to the Shift team and will aim to make a splash on the European scene with their new look. Australian born Lawrence comes into 2018 looking strong after multiple trips to the podium last year and even an Overall win to finish off his Rookie MX2 campaign. Hunter’s aggressive riding style and personality on and off the track are a great fit for the Shift brand.

Vaessen also had a solid 2017 despite a few injuries and will return at full strength for 2018. The Dutchman will no doubt be blowing minds all season with his patented scrubs.

Shift MX is stoked to have both Lawrence and Vaessen as part of our crew and they’re looking forward to a big 2018.
