Keen to go on an adventure ride through NSW where all the details are taken care of? Where the route, accommodation, food, everything is all sorted, all you have to do is lob up on your bike? You need to get on a Moto Trekkin ride.
Moto Trekkin are a motorcycle workshop that have started doing rides they call the Ridge Rider. They started in 2021 with Ridge Rider I and now they’re up to Ridge Rider IV for 2024.
Ridge Rider IV (RR-IV) will take you from our country’s capital of Canberra to Coffs Harbour over five glorious days, through the heart of the Great Dividing Range from 28 April – 3 May, 2024. RR-IV is a premium off-road motorcycle event for intermediate riders of larger adventure motorcycles. Expect five-star riding and professional support.
RR-IV is set to be a cracker. On RR-IV you can expect all of your route planning done, the best adventure riding NSW has to offer, quality accommodation, three ticket price options to suit all budgets, welcome and farewell dinners, various meals on route, luggage transport, medical support and sweep riders. They even have professional tyre service on the trip in case you whip it up too much and need a fresh set of knobbies or manage to score a flat tyre. But the tech support doesn’t just stop at tyres, they also offer limited mechanical support.
If you’re a more advanced rider they offer more technically challenging, breakout routes. For RR-IV expect to ride for about 350 kilometres a day.
If you get stuck they’ve got sweep and recovery vehicles to get you to that cold beer and most of their crew are now up to their fourth Ridge Rider run so they are very experienced. You’ll meet new friends with fellow adventure riders and form connections that could last a lifetime.
Moto Trekkin also offer an optional training course to get your skills up to speed before going on the ride. And to cap things off you get a goodie bag full of merch too!
