Husqvarna Motorcycles has announced the arrival of the updated 2026 Husqvarna 701 Enduro. The latest model brings a raft of upgrades, from a redesigned LC4 engine to advanced electronic rider aids and modernised styling.

More Power, Longer Service Intervals

The iconic 692.7cc LC4 engine has been reworked to meet Euro 5+ emissions while boosting peak output from 74 PS to 79 PS. Updates include a new exhaust with relocated catalyst, revised valve timing for stronger low-RPM torque, and a redesigned airbox cover. Service intervals have been extended to 15,000 km for oil changes and 30,000 km for valve clearance checks, reducing maintenance demands for adventure riders.

Advanced Electronics

A new 4.2-inch TFT display sits at the centre of the cockpit, offering riders quick access to ride modes, traction control, and ABS settings. The unit includes a USB-C port and Ride HQV App connectivity, with music player integration, call handling, and turn-by-turn+ navigation.

For 2026, the 701 Enduro also introduces Dynamic Slip Adjust, available in optional Rally Mode. This feature automatically allows additional rear-wheel slip when extra traction is needed, such as on muddy climbs, before returning to the rider’s chosen traction-control setting once grip is restored. ABS can also be fully disengaged via a dedicated button, giving riders full control in off-road conditions.

Suspension and Chassis Updates

The bike retains its chromium-molybdenum steel trellis frame and polyamide subframe with integrated fuel tank, while the WP suspension receives revised settings for better performance across mixed terrain. The chassis is supported by an aluminium swingarm and new fixation points for a centre stand, expanding adventure practicality.

Fresh Styling and Equipment

The 701 Enduro now carries sharper, Swedish-inspired white and blue bodywork with updated graphics. A new LED headlight improves visibility, while the bike’s slim and minimal design enhances off-road ergonomics.
