Grassroots Enduro announces the Soldier On Hard Enduro | News

Grassroots Enduro is holding a two-day hard enduro in which current and former Australian Defence Force personal are invited to race!

The Soldier On Hard Enduro with be a two day Hard Enduro off-road motorcycle event in Gundagai, NSW with all entry fees being donated to Soldier On Australia. Soldier On Australia is a charitable organisation whose mission is to work side by side with those who serve and protect Australia, and their families, helping them to secure their future. Soldier On services aim to help individuals build resilience and create, and expand, meaningful connections with family, community and employers.

Taking place over a weekend post-COVID, people will be encouraged to arrive on Friday to set up camp and settle in. Saturday will see riders take on a skills course, think Red Bull Romaniacs prologue, before the main event on Sunday. Competitors will ride the full length of the course laid out over he expansive property, the course will suit most abilities with hard lines for those wishing to push a little harder and chicken lines for those who are not so experienced.

Grassroots Enduro is calling for corporations, businesses and individuals to sponsor a rider or riders. An Honour Roll will be created and promoted for event sponsors.

Each rider costs $350 to sponsor with an anticipated limit of 300 riders. All profits from the entry fees will be donated to Soldier On Australia and the total sum advertised.

The event date has not yet been set given the current health crisis but event organisers are hopeful that a date will be announced soon.
