Sherco Australia delivered an unforgettable performance at the 15th annual Wildwood Rock Extreme Enduro, held in northwest Melbourne. Known as the nation’s most extreme single-day hard enduro event, this year’s edition was made even more challenging by Mother Nature, as torrential rain transformed the notoriously dry and dusty course into a mud-filled battleground. Sherco was proud to welcome home Australian hard enduro export Will Riordon, fresh from an outstanding international campaign. Riordon recently secured second place in the US Hard Enduro Premier Championship and achieved a remarkable top-10 finish at the Erzberg Rodeo, cementing his reputation among the world’s elite.

The 2025 Wildwood event saw 134 senior competitors tackle the treacherous terrain, with conditions pushing riders to their limits. As the premier Gold Class riders lined up for the prologue, Riordon wasted no time in making his intentions clear, setting the fastest lap time, narrowly edging out newly crowned Australian Hard Enduro Champion Wade Ibrahim.

When the gate dropped for the main race, Riordon and Ibrahim immediately broke away from the pack, trading positions in a thrilling battle for supremacy. The relentless rain slowed lap times dramatically, with the usual 30-minute circuits stretching beyond an hour. In the end, Riordon and Ibrahim were the only two riders to complete three full laps in what proved to be one of the gnarliest Wildwood events on record.

Sherco Australia congratulates Will Riordon on his incredible performance and thanks all riders, fans, and event organisers for making the 15th anniversary of Wildwood Rock Extreme Enduro a truly memorable occasion.
