KTM DM31 Racing Team completed the 2026 Australian Enduro Championship on top of the podiums in Coonalpyn, South Australia, where Korey McMahon and Jye Dickson split the Pro Enduro outright victories across the final two rounds, while McMahon also clinched the E3 title with a round to spare.

McMahon entered the season finale in contention for both the E3 and Pro Enduro titles, and delivered a commanding performance on Saturday aboard his KTM 500 EXC-F. The KTM DM31 Racing Team rider claimed the Round 11 Pro Enduro outright victory and continued his unbeaten run in E3 to secure the class championship one round early.

Sunday saw McMahon continue his pursuit of the Pro Enduro crown, however, a crash brought his Round 12 campaign to an early end. Despite the unfortunate conclusion to his weekend, McMahon completed the season as the 2026 E3 Champion and P2 in the final Pro Enduro standings. He is due to undergo further medical evaluation this week.

Korey McMahon: “It’s great to wrap up back-to-back E3 championships and finish P2 in Pro Enduro for 2026. Championships aren’t easy, and I gave this one 100 percent. We did everything we needed to do on Saturday, but unfortunately Sunday wasn’t meant to be for us. It’s disappointing to finish the year like this and not win the Pro Enduro title for all the people who have been behind me through thick and thin – congratulations to Wil [Ruprecht] on the championship, it’s been a pleasure racing him all year. Now it’s time to heal up and get ready for the next adventure.”

Teammate Dickson was also in impressive form throughout the Coonalpyn weekend on board his KTM 450 EXC-F. The New South Welshman opened the weekend by winning the E2 category and finishing P2 outright on Saturday, before taking control of Round 12 on Sunday.

Dickson dominated the final day of the 2026 season to claim the Pro Enduro outright victory by more than one minute, while also taking the E2 class win. That result saw him complete the series second in E2 and third in the final Pro Enduro standings after a strong finish to the year. He claimed nine E2 podium results, including a double victory at the finale.

Jye Dickson: “That’s a wrap on Round 12, the last one for the season. It was a solid weekend for me – P1 in class and P2 outright yesterday, then a really solid Sunday! We got off to a test win to start the day, then I kind of just kept it there all day. I really enjoy these sandy conditions, so it all felt pretty natural and I had a lot of fun. I’m stoked to have been able to sneak in my first outright win for the season and with the KTM DM31 Racing Team.”

KTM DM31 Racing Team E1 contender Jackson Versteegen delivered a podium result of his own on Saturday, with the young Western Australian racing his KTM 250 EXC-F to third in class at Round 11. He narrowly missed another podium in Sunday’s final round with P4, completing his first season in the category fifth in the E1 championship standings.

Jackson Versteegen: “It was a pretty good weekend – the track was sick! It had a bit of motocross and everything in there, and now we’re wrapped up for the season. It’s been a really fun year of learning with the KTM DM31 Racing Team, and it’s nice to finish it up on a good note in South Australia.”
