Grabbo will be riding for the newly formed 321Motorsport Beta Racing team, kicking off this weekend for Rounds 1&2 of the AORC in Miva, QLD.
The King of the Desert will then turn his attention to the Finke Desert Race, Hattah Desert Race and Australian Four Day Enduro.
“I am very excited to get this opportunity and be heading back to the start line of some of the biggest off-road races in Australia,” said Grabham. “It has been over three years or more since I have raced these major races but since my first day on the BETA over a year ago it has been a goal of mine to race these events on a one.
“The thing is I don’t have to be doing any of these races but I am enjoying my time on these motorcycles that much I want to get back to some of the races I have enjoyed over my years racing. The desire to still push myself in racing still burns bright but I am realistic in my approach and just want to see what is possible after a few months of racing again.
“I have no doubt the Beta Motorcycle is more than capable of winning outright as its shown that with Steve Holcombe winning the 2017 WEC outright but my main goal will be to chase some class success. For this weekends AORC rounds and the A4DE I will race the 300RR then jump on a 480RR in the Desert for Finke and Hattah. I have been using some of 321 Motorsport products like the Rekluse clutch for over 14 years now so it’s a good feeling to continue this new journey of mine with them.”
