TROUBLE
Having trouble touching the ground can be tricky. On a motocross track it isn’t so much of an issue but on the trail with a lot of stopping and starting it is important to be able to touch the ground.

Take your seat to your local upholsterer. They can remove the seat cover and shave the seat foam down to make the seat lower to the ground, making it easier to get your foot down on terra firma.

The switchblock on the left hand side handlebar on a KTM, Husqvarna or GasGas motorcycle always comes with the kill switch button facing away from you and the headlight switch facing towards you. This makes it harder to reach the kill switch.

If you find it more comfortable to have the kill switch facing you then you can unscrew the top section of the switch block and turn it around.

When it comes to selling your bike it is a great idea to give it a really good clean and service but that alone won’t get it to stand out on marketplace.

Throw a new set of plastics on the bike along with a new set of tyres and even though the bike might have done over 100 hours it will look fresh and clean and you will have a much higher chance of selling it.

Some people just need all the grip they can get and all the grip tape and frame guards in the world just isn’t enough for them.
TRICK
If you want that ultimate grip on your motorcycle then do what this guy did and cut up a set of mountain bike tyres and cable tie them to your frame. Actually the more I look at it, the more it kind of grows on me.
