Team Triumph Italia Racing returned to EnduroGP action in Fafe, Portugal, on June 12-14 for the fourth round of the 2026 FIM EnduroGP World Championship, with Morgan Lesiardo securing second and third-place finishes in the E1 class across the two-day event.
Riders faced a demanding 50km course featuring three special tests per lap, completed three times each day. The challenge began with a technical Enduro Test made up of hard, dusty and rocky terrain before moving into a natural Extreme Test packed with steep rock climbs. A fast and dusty Cross Test completed the lap, with competitors tackling a total of 18 special tests over the weekend.
Lesiardo signalled his intentions early by finishing second in the E1 class during Friday night’s Super Test, while also recording the fifth-fastest overall time.
The Italian carried that momentum into Saturday’s racing, consistently running among the front-runners and posting competitive times across all three special tests. His efforts earned second place in the E1 class and sixth outright in EnduroGP.
Sunday presented a tougher challenge, but Lesiardo remained in podium contention throughout the day. He ultimately finished third in E1 and 12th overall, securing a second class podium for the weekend and valuable championship points.
Teammate Luca Colorio experienced mixed results across the two days. The young Italian showed strong pace on Saturday, finishing eighth in the Junior category and claiming third place in Junior 1.
Conditions proved more difficult on Sunday, with Colorio unable to match his Day 1 pace. He finished 13th in the Junior class and fifth in Junior 1 but still added important championship points as the season approaches its midpoint.
The EnduroGP paddock remains in Fafe this week, with the Portuguese venue set to host round five of the 2026 FIM EnduroGP World Championship from June 19-21.
