From Wednesday 1 July, new physical Motorcycling Australia Annual Licences will feature a special commemorative design celebrating 100 years of Penrite Oil – the first in an ongoing series of commemorative MA licence designs.
This limited-edition design marks an important milestone for one of Australia’s great family-owned manufacturers, and recognises Penrite’s expanded naming rights partnership across both the Penrite ProMX and Penrite ASBK Championships in 2026.
Please note: this commemorative artwork will only appear on the physical ‘hard card’ MA licence, not the digital MA licence
What this means for you
Depending on your current licence, here’s how you can get the commemorative design from July 1st 2026:
I currently have a digital-only licence
You can upgrade to a physical card at any time via RiderNet and the Penrite 100 Years design will be issued automatically.
I already hold a 2026 physical licence
You can purchase the Penrite 100 Years commemorative card as an additional keepsake via RiderNet.
I’m due to renew or join soon
When you renew or apply for a new licence on RiderNet, simply select the physical card option and the commemorative design will be included. No extra steps required.
This is the first in an ongoing series of commemorative MA licence designs, giving you a chance to carry a small piece of Australian motorcycling history in your pocket.
