KTM has revealed its 2027 XC and XC-F Cross Country range, with the Austrian manufacturer continuing to double down on its off-road racing focus through a refined lineup built directly from KTM Factory Racing development.

The 2027 range carries over KTM’s proven Cross Country platform but introduces updated styling and graphics aimed at sharpening the bikes’ factory race-inspired identity. New red highlights feature prominently across the tank shrouds, while KTM’s in-mold graphics technology continues for improved durability in harsh racing conditions.

The XC and XC-F lineup remains centred around KTM’s lightweight chromoly steel chassis platform, with the brand continuing to focus heavily on mass centralisation, stability and predictable handling for long off-road race conditions.

All models are equipped with six-speed transmissions developed specifically for Cross Country competition, while suspension duties are handled by WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring forks and WP XACT rear shocks using settings heavily influenced by KTM Factory Racing experience.

KTM says the package is designed to deliver consistent front-end feel, strong rear wheel traction and stability across changing terrain and rough race conditions.

The 2027 KTM XC lineup includes three fuel-injected two-stroke models:

  • KTM 125 XC (Australia only)
  • KTM 250 XC
  • KTM 300 XC

The four-stroke XC-F lineup includes:

  • KTM 250 XC-F
  • KTM 350 XC-F
  • KTM 450 XC-F (Australia only)

KTM has also confirmed the XC-F four-stroke models remain compatible with the optional Connectivity Unit Offroad system available through KTM PowerParts. Paired with the KTMconnect app, riders can adjust engine characteristics and settings to better suit conditions and rider preference.

The company says the 2027 XC and XC-F range continues to target riders wanting a race-ready package directly from the showroom floor, combining factory-influenced chassis development, proven suspension hardware and competition-focused engine packages.

Availability for Australia and New Zealand is expected to begin from August 2026.
