The race is famed as being one of the most brutal GNCC’s ever raced after heavy rained drenched the course and made one of the hills impassable. Riders were stranded all across the hill and officials had no choice but the call the race off. Positions were awarded based on results from the previous lap and it was Josh Strang who won.
