Beta restarts production | News

Beta Motorcycles will resume production with a reduced workforce while complying with strict safety protocols still enforced by the Italian Government.

The Tuscan Manufacturer had suspended its production due to the COVID-19 pandemic which devastated Italy and only remained open with a team of emergency staff only to grant the supply of spare parts.

Starting from next week Betamotor will reorganise its production structure in order to carry out its first productions of mopeds and motorcycles since COVID-19 shutdowns.

Beta explains the restart will be gradual both to comply with the strict safety standards and to meet current reduced customer demand from markets around the world.

Although in smaller quantities, all the models in the range will be built and, at the end of May, the new XTrainer will be introduced as a forerunner of the Beta MY21 range.
